What we do
Most organisations serving high net worth consumers are operating on incomplete data. Chelsea Collective closes that gap with bespoke primary research, cultural intelligence and strategic advisory.
Our analytical method draws on cultural intelligence and intersectional frameworks. We read consumer behaviour through the variables that conventional segmentation does not account for: generational shifts in how taste is signalled, the sociology of inherited and self-made wealth, regional codes of consumption, and the cultural specificity of an audience that is more heterogeneous now than at any point in the history of luxury consumption.
We conduct primary research through ethnography, focus groups and in-depth interviews, drawing on a proprietary network of HNW family office teams whose daily engagements provide a first-hand, current understanding of how this audience is behaving, and what their needs are.
